Let me know if you’re sick of salad dressing recipes! I always find it helpful to switch up the way I eat my greens and am constantly searching for new ideas. Here’s yet another one . . .
1/3 c. sesame or olive oil
1 tsp. minced green garlic
1-2 tsp. grated fresh ginger or ¼ tsp. powdered ginger
dash of cayenne
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. chopped spring onion
Mix all ingredients; toss with salad greens (also good with snow peas or cucumbers).
