Despite their aesthetic imperfections, Heirloom Tomatoes are true specimens of bold, summer succulence at its finest! Oozing with organic purity, we can't help ourselves from exploiting their wonders. This year is no exception, we will celebrate these savory nightshades in their finest hour...late August!

Gather around our dining room for this very racy menu perfectly devoted to the rare varieties of Heirlooms we look forward to with mouths-a-watering every year. In addition we will feature an optional wine pairing with each course, highlighting the finest of our organic wine selections! (All tomatoes will be exclusively hand-picked by our Millennium staff at Eatwell Farms.)

Need to hone your vegan culinary skills? Wondering what to do with all the amazing varieties of heirloom tomatoes? Perhaps you have an overwhelming desire to create the best damn bloody mary or tomato caprese? Join Eric tucker for a hands-on cooking experience as he guides you through creating an entire vegan feast featuring tomatoes from Eatwell Farms foraged the day before at our local Ferry Building Farmer's Market. The Saturday market foraging field trip is optional, but highly recommended. Eric inspires each attending to voice their menu ideas and build the menu as you weave your way through the ferry plaza market.
