12 oz. radishes, trimmed2 Tbsp. sugar salt 2 oranges, Satsumas, etc. 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Shred radishes in a food processor or grate with a blender. Allow excess liquid to drain off and add salt to taste. Chill. Peel and slice oranges. Just before serving, arrange all together and dust with cinnamon.
