2 cups sugar1 cup oil 3 eggs 2 cups grated summer squash 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups flour ¼ tsp. baking soda ½ tsp. salt 1 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. cinnamon ¼ tsp. baking powder
Mix sugar, oil, eggs, summer squash, & vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to the sugar/oil/egg mixture. Bake in a loaf pan at 325 for about one hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
