5 radishes, trimmed, coarsely chopped½ c. olive oil 2 Tbsp. sherry wine vinegar 1 Tbsp. honey mustard (or make your own: ½ Tbsp. honey, ½ Tbsp. mustard) ½ tsp. minced garlic
Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until thick dressing forms. Season with salt and pepper.
