I've just come out of the field after walking around with Jose. I am happy to report that the crops look great after their holiday break. We have a great box lined up for next week.
The chickens are itching to move onto their new pasture which we hope will take place next Thursday. Egg production is good.
As it is raining now we will be working in the greenhouse this afternoon. We will start sowing the tomato crop for this coming summer. Our heated bench can hold 75 trays and the seeds will germinate in about a week. Once germinated we will move them to an unheated bench and sow more trays.
This afternoon I hope to mill some flour and get all our lavender products prepared for the Market at the Ferry Building in the morning.
Have a great New Year... Nigel
