A wonderful crop of Apricots. Some of these went in our boxes this week and some went to the culinary Academy in San Francisco. The graduating Students came out to the farm and tasted their way around. Their assignment... Prepare a three course meal to serve up in the Academy Restaurant with what is in season at Eatwell Farm. The apricots were served in a Chicken Tagine. It was amazing, as was the whole meal. Lorraine and I were Joined by Molly and her partner Sonny. We had to taste everything, and we rolled home very satisfied.
The Academy can come to the farm with their students any time they like!
