This is great on cooked spinach or baked salmon!
2 Tbs. butter
3 Tbs. flour
1/2 cup Half & Half
1/2 cup water
juice of 1/2 lemon
Dill, finely chopped (I used a lot--about 1/2 cup)
Dash of dry mustard and nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook flour and butter in small saucepan for several minutes until bubbly. Slowly add half and half and stir constantly. Add water in sufficient quantity to make a sauce of desired thickness. Add lemon juice, dill and spices. Cook another minute.
