1 cup broccoli, chopped2 cups baby bok choy, chopped 1 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon green curry paste 1/2 cup bean sprouts 1/2 cup rice noodles, cooked, drained and rinsed 3 or 4 slices of serrano chiles squirt lime juice sprinkle of fresh basil, chopped
Steam or simmer broccoli and bok choy for 2 minutes. Heat broth and coconut milk. Add green chili paste. In large bowl put rice noodles, hot broccoli and bok choy, broth and milk mixture, and then top with bean sprouts, peppers, basil and a squirt of lime juice.
