Just finished milling the flour to deliver with your Eatwell boxes on Wednesday. There will be 59 bags of three pounds going out. I will be happier next summer when we can fulfill all your needs for flour. The flour is very special, i love milling it. It feels so soft to the touch coming out of the stone mill. Last Friday I was given some pasta made from Sonora Flour. It is a variety that is soft but has a high protein. Modern soft varieties have a low protein. Looking forward to cooking it up soon.
