Preferred Storage Conditions:

Temperature range: 32-40 degrees F

Humidity level for storage: 90-95% humidity

How to store: Keep in plastic bag in fridge.

How to use: Salty and delightfully tender, chard needs little accessorizing. Chop coarsely and gently sauté in butter until bright green.  Yum! Fabulous when cooked until tender. The stems are tasty, too — just make sure you slice them off and cook separately, as they will take longer than the leaves. Wash well before use and store in plastic bag in fridge.
