Stir-Fry Greens
Our stir-fry mixes can include any variety of the following young greens: arugula, mustards, kale, collards, tat soi, bok choy, spinach, or chard.
How to store: Keep in plastic bag in fridge. Use within a week for best results.
How to use : Chop coarsely and toss with your favorite dressing for a lovely slaw or sauté to make a great side. Coarser greens make more of a slaw, while the tender greens make a salad.
