Finely chop/shred one head of cabbage into a bowl. Add one carrot, prepared in the same manner. Stir up one of the following yummy dressings, mix together, and let marinate in the fridge for a few hours.  So tasty! Dressing #1: 1/3 c. sesame or olive oil 1 tsp. minced garlic 1-2 tsp. grated fresh ginger dash of cayenne 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. sesame seeds

Dressing #2: 1 c. canola oil          2 Tbsp. tahini          2 Tbsp. tamari 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
