The task was to cook heirloom beans, tomatoes, chili's, onions that we provided into a great chili. You could bring extras and the result was some very different pots of chili.
Chili's were from our own farm with the addition of a very nice selection from our neighbors Magnum Seeds.
Ann Prentiss, a grad student, from UC Davis gave a tour of our experimental 1 acre bean plot where we have 10 varieties.
