5 radishes, trimmed and coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp. honey mustard (or make your own: 1/2 Tbsp. honey, 1/2 Tbsp. mustard)
1/2 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. sherry wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until thick dressing forms. Season with salt and pepper.
