10 radishes
4-8 oz. Neufchatel or soft goat cheese
1/2 onion
salt and pepper, to taste
Whiz all ingredients in food processor. Season to taste. You can also grate radishes by hand, mince onions finely, and stir to combine with cream cheese (Neufchatel) and salt and pepper. Spread on cracker, and enjoy!
