Imagine a drink that is fizzy, acidic, flavorful, full of natural minerals, probiotics and delicious. This is what we are producing now from our own hydrosols, whey, cane sugar, salt and lemon juice. Lorraine has been working on these ever since we tried some at the Weston Price Foundation Conference in San Francisco last November. I came home from the conference and craved the drink the next day.
Last weekend we gave out samples at the Freestone Fermentation Festival along with our flour and salts. The response was very encouraging.
We will be selling the soda by the cup at the Farmers Market in San Francisco on Saturdays soon. They will also be available in 20 ounce stainless steel water bottles that can be refilled by us at the market. More details when we launch in June.
