An email one of our long-time members, Regina Deacon, sent in 2007: “...I had been getting backed up with cucumbers a few weeks ago. Then I started flavoring my water with them. In the morning, I'd fill a pitcher with filtered water then put in 4-6 slices of cucumber. It was a refreshing drink all day long. Just an idea I thought I'd pass along.…” Thanks, Regina! Great idea.
