2 Tbsp. cooking oil1/3 cup cooked beans (e.g., garbanzos, navy, cannellini) 1/3 cup nuts (e.g., crushed pecans, crushed walnuts, pine) Salt & pepper, to taste One bag Eatwell stir-fry greens ¼ cup crumbled feta (optional)

Wash & de-stem greens, leaving some water on them. Heat oil in a sturdy pan over medium heat. Cook greens until soft, 5-7 minutes. Add beans, nuts, salt & pepper. Cook another 5 minutes or to desired doneness. Crumble feta on top (optional) before serving.
