a bunch of greens (stir-fry mix, spinach, and/or arugula2 stalks of green garlic, chopped 1-2 lbs. Fava beans, cooked grated Parmesan cheese, to taste 2 tsp. olive oil 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar 1 tsp. brown sugar salt and pepper, to taste

Clean and coarsely chop greens. Sauté the garlic in oil until soft. Add greens and stir-fry until just wilted. Add beans, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and salt/pepper. Simmer a minute or two to warm up the beans and meld the flavors. Serve in bowls with some cheese sprinkled on top.
