2 c. daikon, julienned or finely sliced into 3 cm long matchstick like pieces 2 green garlic, minced 2 Tbsp. water 1 tsp. sesame oil 1½ Tbsp red pepper powder ½ Tbsp. minced garlic ½ Tbsp. rice vinegar ½ Tbsp. soy sauce ½ Tbsp. sugar ½ Tbsp. sesame seeds 1 tsp. minced ginger

Mix together all ingredients except daikon and onions. Then add daikon and onions. Coat all surfaces evenly and let sit so that the flavors meld. Adjust with a little salt, as needed.
