4 c. cooked chard                      1/2 c. milk1 large onion, chopped            1/4 tsp. nutmeg 3 cloves garlic, minced            3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Place chard in oiled casserole. Saute onion and garlic lightly in oil.  Stir in milk, nutmeg and half the cheese.Pour over chard and bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for about 30minutes. Sprinkle with remainder of cheese and run under broiler briefly. Serves 6. (www.cookbooksonline.com)
