DSCF1486.JPG For many years now Eric Tucker, executive chef at Millennium Restaurant in San Francisco, has been arriving on a Monday morning in late August with his crew and a cold pack of Miller Light. They say that the Miller Light helps them focus on which tomatoes to pick for the five course meal they will create that includes tomatoes in some way. They taste their way through the field then huddle, decide on the menu then pick like crazy. The big change this year: Modelo.  Miller Light got replaced. The Millennium Annual Tomato dinner featuring Eatwell Farm Tomatoes will take place on Wednesday 31st August. There are a few seats left at the bar, 140 plates have already sold. Liz and Ashlee will be there representing the farm this year.
