3/4 cup butter (softened) 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour with bran 1 cup sifted soft flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cups zucchini (shredded) 1 cup chocolate chips

Cream together butter and sugars. Add egg and bet until fluffy, then add vanilla.  In a separate bowl, sift together flours, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.  Add the zucchini and dry mixture alternately to the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.  Drop spoonfuls onto greased baking sheets and bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
