1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2-3 oranges, peel and pith removed, cut into 1/4-inch-thick rounds
2 watermelon radishes, peeled and sliced thin
Several handfuls of mixed lettuce and/or spinach
Chopped walnuts (optional)
To make the dressing, combine the first seven ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk.
In a large bowl, toss orange slices, radish slices, and mixed baby lettuce and/or spinach leaves together with dressing, and add chopped walnuts, if desired.
