"The round zucchini are great. 

I thought that it was my new roasting technique (sliced very thin, olive oil, salt, garlic, laid out on parchment paper) but it turns out the round ones are so much sweeter than the long skinny one I included in this round of roasting. I was suspicious of the round ones because they weren't the shape I expected, but now I am a believer.
