To go with the roast chicken and steamed potatoes, you will want to keep this on the simple side.  Trust me, you won’t want anything overpowering the flavor of your steamed potatoes.

Dino Kale, washed and chopped
1 TB Olive Oil
1 Onion, thinly sliced
1 Garlic, thinly sliced
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Splash of Eatwell Farm Verjuis
OR Lemon Juice and Lemon Zest

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium high temp.  Add the onion first and stir until it just begins to loosen up, then add the garlic and pepper flakes.  Toss them about for a minute or two then add the kale.  Cook the kale until it is to your liking.  With the heat still on, add the verjuis or lemon juice and mix well.  Turn the heat off. If you are using the lemon zest add that and toss, then put into a serving bowl.
