The Sevilles are in, and that means marmalade season.   


I wonder though, do any of you use the Sevilles for anything besides marmalade?  I am not a jam/jelly/marmalade maker, and have often thought I would love to learn. Maybe this is the year.  Any tips on what/how you do your’s would greatly be appreciated.  Perhaps you could post something on the Eatwellers’ Slack page?
