Focaccia with Cherry Tomatoes
- Focaccia bread
- Cherry tomatoes
- extra-virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- basil
Cut the focaccia into single servings and place them on a large plate
or on individual serving plates. Toss the tomatoes
with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Top each slice
with tomatoes and garnish with basil leaves. serve
immediately.
