Maple Mustard Greens

From a great friend and cook, Anne O'Driscoll.
For 4 (or 2 if you're Nigel & me)
  1. Slice 1 bunch Red Mustard thinly.
  2. Saute in Butter or Oil.
  3. When it's cooked down add a bit of Salt and about 2 TB Maple Syrup (adjust to taste).
