Radish Soup
1 bu. radishes, peeled
water
3 Tbsp. miso
2 small chiles, sliced (be sure to wear gloves when slicing hot peppers!)
3 Tbsp. sugar
cilantro leaves
Slice peeled radishes. Simmer in water until soft. Stir in chiles, miso, and sugar. Cook for another five minutes. Serve in bowls, sprikled with cilantro.
