1 bu. Radishes, peeled
2 small chiles, sliced
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. miso
cilantro leaves
Slice peeled radishes. Simmer in water until soft. Stir in chiles (be sure to wear gloves when slicing hot peppers!), miso, and sugar. Cook for another five minutes. Serve in bowls, sprinkled with cilantro or shredded nori.
