15 lettuce leaves (can be a variety of lettuces)1 cup broth, or 1 small bouillon cube dissolved in 1 cup water 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter Sea salt Freshly ground black pepper 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Chop lettuce coarsely. Pour broth into a sauté pan. Add butter and lettuce. Place over medium heat, bring to a boil, and cook rapidly for 3 to 4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley, and serve at once.
