1 cup flour1/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 4 eggs 1 1/4 cup milk 2 Tbs. melted butter

Filling: strawberries sprinkle of powdered sugar

In a big bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt. In a smaller bowl, mix the eggs, milk and melted butter.  Slowly incorporate the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisking frequently. To cook, pour about 2/3 cup batter in a skillet, tilt the pan to spread the batter, Flip and press with a spatula to keep the crepe flat. Top with filling and yum!
