These make a yummy dinner accompaniment or snack. 1 Tb soy sauce

1 Tb rice vinegar

1/2 Tb sugar

1 Tb sesame oil

2 cups sliced radishes

Combine soy sauce, vinegar,sugar, and oil;  mix with radishes.  Cover, refrigerate, and marinate for at least 1 hour.
