Cabbage-Carrot Slaw with Blue Cheese and Walnuts IMG_2046.JPG 2 cups shredded Green Cabbage 1 cup coarsely grated Carrot ¼ cup finely sliced Radishes 1 or 2 sprigs Green Garlic, bottoms and tops trimmed, then thinly sliced ¼ cup coarsely chopped Walnuts Salt and Pepper Blue Cheese to garnish Place green cabbage, radishes, carrots, green garlic and walnuts in a large bowl.  Add dressing and toss to coat vegetables evenly.  Season lightly with salt and pepper.  Cover and chill thoroughly in the refrigerator.  Before serving garnish with a little more Blue Cheese if you like.
