Serve over Rice and with your choice of protein. Full Recipe:

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup sliced celery

1 1/2 cups sliced cabbage

1/2 tsp coarsely chopped garlic

1 cup broccoli florets

1/2 cup chicken broth

Spray a cast iron skillet with cooking spray and heat on low. Saute cabbage for 1-2 minutes until soft, add onion and saute for 1 minute, add garlic and saute until onion becomes clear, add broccoli and stir. Pour in 1/2 the broth, cover, and cook until the broth is cooked away. Add the other half of the broth and continue to cook, uncovered, another few minutes while stirring. When the liquid is cooked out turn off heat and serve.
