1 c. mint leaves, fresh and tightly packed 1 c. cilantro leaves, tightly packed
1/2 onion or equal amount of Spring onions, chopped
one dried Serrano chili (soak in 2 Tbsp. salt hot water for 1/2 hr.), or as desired 1-1/2 Tbsp. tamarind paste
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until consistency you like.
