10 radishes (about 8 oz.)3 green onions, white and green parts 4 oz. or 8 oz. neufchatel (low-fat cream cheese) Salt & pepper, to taste

Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Season to taste. If you don't have a food processor, grate radishes, mince green onions, and stir to combine with cream cheese and salt & pepper. Spread on a cracker & enjoy!
