At 6.30am this morning Greg, Toby, Fernado and Manuel started to move the dirt onto the house. They made great progress. The D6 weighs 38,000lbs but when spread out over the area of its tracks is is nothing compared to the strength of the concrete which was tested at 7,100lbs per square inch after on ten days.
Inside the house it is already noticeably cooler. There is still a serious amount more dirt to go ontop of the house.
We missed all this as we had top work at the farmers market today!
