We live in a wonderful place with a great climate but even here the growing season does slow down rapidly if not stop. By the beginning of December we like to have lots of vegetables in the field ready to harvest over the slow growth period from now until the middle of February when growth starts again. On the left we have Asian greens and baby lettuce on the right.
You can never have enough in the field as we cannot predict the weather over the next two months. Suffice to say we are where we want to be now and that helps us sleep sounder.
