Just ordered two flocks of spring chicks for delivery 18th March and 1st April. The last batch will be just a few days old when we have our afternoon tea party and farm walk on the 3rd April. These chicks will start laying in August ready to supply us with the very important winter eggs. The chicks come from Welp Hatchery in Iowa. The two breeds will be Red Star and Black Star.
