1 small head purple cabbage, shredded1 Tbsp. vegetable/canola oil 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar 3 Tbsp. sesame seeds 3 Tbsp. honey 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Heat the vegetable/canola oil over medium-high heat, then add shredded cabbage. Saute for about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Add the rice wine vinegar, honey and sesame seeds, mix well and saute for another 1-2 minutes. Drizzle sesame oil over the top and serve warm.
