DSCF1652.JPG In June we planted our final batch of tomatoes. These grow through the summer and start fruiting at the end of October. We only use the Shady Lady red slicers and the Romas. These hold up well to the cooler nights which the heirlooms do not tolerate. The heirloom cherries will continue until a frost or rain splits them.  October is said by some to be the best time as we have the summer crops and the fall one’s at the same time. To me every box is a gift... Nigel
